By making a booking with BOGA Restcamp (“the Campground”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Reservation
- 1.1. You must be 18 years or older to make a booking.
- 1.3. You are responsible for providing correct and complete personal details during the booking process.
2. Payment

3. Cancellations & Refunds
- 3.1.Cancellation by Guest:
- More than [e.g., 30 days] before arrival: Loss of deposit.
- Between [e.g., 15-30 days] before arrival: 50% of the total booking fee is forfeited.
- Less than [e.g., 14 days] before arrival: 100% of the total booking fee is forfeited.
- 3.2. No-Show: Failure to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be given.
- 3.3. Cancellation by BOGA Restcamp: We reserve the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, maintenance issues). In this event, a full refund of any monies paid will be offered. Liability will not extend beyond this refund.
4. Amendments to Booking
- 4.1. Changes to your booking (e.g., dates, number of guests) are subject to availability and must be requested by email.
- 4.2. Amendments made more than [e.g., 14 days] prior to arrival may be accommodated free of charge.
- 4.3. Amendments requested within [e.g., 14 days] of arrival may be subject to an administration fee and are not guaranteed.
5. Check-In & Check-Out
- 5.1. Check-In: From [2:00 PM] onwards. Please advise us if you intend to arrive after [e.g., 6:00 PM].
- 5.2. Check-Out: By [10:00 AM] on the day of departure. Late check-out may be available by prior arrangement and for an additional fee.
6. Site Rules & Conduct
- 6.1. Guests are expected to respect the peace, privacy, and property of other guests and the natural environment.
- 6.2. Noise must be kept to a minimum between [e.g., 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM].
- 6.3. The speed limit within the campground is walking pace (5 km/h) for all vehicles.
- 6.4. Please use designated braai (BBQ) areas and fire pits only. Open fires on the ground are strictly prohibited. Never leave a fire unattended.
- 6.5. All rubbish must be placed in the bins provided.
- 6.6. Management reserves the right to evict any guest or visitor for behavior deemed unacceptable, dangerous, or illegal, without a refund.
7. Liability
- 7.1. Your Belongings: All vehicles, tents, equipment, and personal belongings are brought onto the property at the guest’s own risk. BOGA Restcamp does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft.
- 7.2. Your Safety: Guests participate in all activities at their own risk. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times, especially near the swimming pool, roads, and fire areas.
- 7.3. Indemnity: By making a booking, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BOGA Restcamp, its owners, and employees from any claims, demands, lawsuits, or costs arising from your stay, including personal injury, loss, or damage to property.
8. General
- 8.1. Visitors: All day visitors must report to reception, pay a day visitor fee (if applicable), and depart by [e.g., 10:00 PM].
- 8.2. Force Majeure: BOGA Restcamp shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, civil unrest, extreme weather, or government action.
